How do I return a garment?

You have 30 calendar days from your order shipped date to return or exchange your item. Pieces must be purchased at www.nuvula.com and returned in their original condition. Sale discounted items are final sale, with no return or exchange.

Nuvula is unable to accommodate returns that are received more than 30 days after the original shipped date. We kindly ask that you monitor your order and return label to ensure that your return falls within the designated time frame.

Fill the form below with your order number and the reason for your return.

2. PREPARE THE PACKAGE

Place the return label outside the box and a copy of the order invoice inside the box.

3. CALL THE COURIER

Contact the courier indicated on the return label or bring the package to the carrier drop off.
